Tech-Proz Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, platforms, and training programs offered by Tech-Proz. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services and Offerings

Tech-Proz provides IT and cybersecurity training, consulting, and managed services. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any of our services at any time, with or without notice.

2. Training & Course Enrollment

Enrollment in any course is confirmed upon receipt of payment or written agreement.
Course content and platforms (CertMaster, TestOut, etc.) are provided under license and may not be copied or shared.
Exam vouchers and virtual labs are non-refundable once issued.
Access to learning materials is time-limited as specified per course.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made in full before service activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments in Malawi Kwacha (MWK) for local clients.
Refunds are only issued for services not yet rendered, and at the discretion of Tech-Proz management.

4. User Conduct

By accessing our platforms or services, you agree not to:

Engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
Harass, bully, or discriminate against others.
Share or distribute copyrighted materials without permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
Use our services to promote or distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertisements.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination of services and possible legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All training content, documentation, and software provided by Tech-Proz or its partners (e.g., CompTIA, TestOut) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
You may not adapt, reproduce, or distribute materials for commercial use without express written permission.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Tech-Proz reserves the right to disable or delete user accounts in cases of:

Violation of these Terms
Inactivity beyond a reasonable training period
Abuse of access rights or unauthorized use

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and availability, Tech-Proz does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to services or websites
Complete error-free training content or systems
Any specific exam outcome or job placement

Tech-Proz is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Some services involve third-party platforms (e.g., CertMaster, TestOut). Your use of these platforms is subject to their terms of service, which you are responsible for reviewing.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and process personal data to provide services. We do not sell or share user data with unauthorized third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Changes to Terms

Tech-Proz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms of Return

Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or enrollment.
For physical products, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
For digital training products (e.g., exam vouchers, eLearning platforms), returns are only accepted if access has not yet been activated or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Activated CompTIA or TestOut licenses
Opened virtual labs or used learning portals
Services that have already commenced (e.g. instructor-led classes or consulting sessions)
Exam vouchers already issued or used
Customized training programs once confirmed

3. Reason for Return

Valid reasons for return or refund may include:

Duplicate or incorrect purchase
Product delivered does not match description
Services not rendered as agreed
Damaged or defective physical items (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt)

4. Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please:

Contact us via email or phone with your proof of payment and reason for return.
If applicable, return the product to our office or shipping address.
Wait for confirmation from Tech-Proz after evaluation.

5. Refund Terms

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are made through the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
For local payments in Malawi Kwacha (MWK), refunds will be made in MWK.
Processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

6. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel a training program up to 3 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the training has started.
In cases of force majeure or service unavailability from Tech-Proz, clients will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
